After graduating from the University of Dayton in 1988, he embarked on a successful career, initially spending three years in premises sales with The L.M. Berry Company. In 1991, Paul transitioned into real estate, where he dedicated a decade of his career to RG Properties, Inc. During this tenure, he honed his skills, specializing in retail leasing, sales, development, and brokerage across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. His prolific tenure at RG Properties saw him complete over 500 transactions, establishing enduring relationships with local, regional, and national corporate clients.

In April 2001, Paul ventured into developing his own real estate portfolio, a pivotal moment that led him to Oberer Realty Services, Ltd. Here, he further solidified his standing in the industry, affiliating with the reputable Oberer Development Company. Paul continued to foster relationships with business contacts, particularly in Kroger-anchored shopping centers throughout Southwest Ohio. His portfolio expanded as he successfully developed numerous shopping centers in the greater Dayton market, many of which he still leases today. Paul Howe continues to represent a range of retailers and restaurants, including notable names like JoAnn Stores, Milano's Atlantic City Submarines, and Wright-Patt Credit Union, embodying a legacy of excellence and dedication in the real estate arena.
